Meier’s body was discovered on Tuesday, Feb. 3, in Puyallup’s Bradley Lake Park. A resident first spotted something in the water and called police, prompting the response, Puyallup Police said.

Meier had been reported missing weeks earlier. She was last seen alive at her home on Sunday, Jan. 11.

Officers later located Meier’s vehicle at Bradley Lake Park, the same area where her body was ultimately found.
