A Powerball player in Western Washington is $250,000 richer after hitting a six-figure prize in the latest drawing.

The winning ticket matched four white balls and the red Powerball in the Saturday, April 18 drawing, according to Washington’s Lottery. That combination typically pays $50,000, but the prize was boosted to $250,000 after the player added the Power Play multiplier.

The ticket was purchased at the Safeway store located at 4831 Northwest Point Fosdick Drive in Gig Harbor, according to Washington’s Lottery.

The winning numbers for Saturday’s drawing were 24, 25, 39, 46, and 61, with a Powerball of 1.

No jackpot winner was reported, meaning the top prize continues to climb. The next Powerball drawing is set for Monday, April 20, with an estimated jackpot of $87 million and a cash value of $39.7 million.
