Three Teens ID’d In Poulsbo Store Robbery; Warrants Issued, Sheriff Says

Three teenage suspects have been identified and are now facing arrest warrants in connection with a late-night robbery at a convenience store near Poulsbo.

The incident happened around 11:20 p.m. Monday, March 9, at Hilltop Grocery on Highway 3, where three young males entered the store and lingered before leaving, according to the Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office.

A short time later, two of the suspects returned. One went behind the counter and grabbed electronic cigarettes, while another shouted that he had a gun before taking additional items and fleeing, according to the sheriff’s office. Investigators said beer may also have been taken from a cooler during the incident.

No injuries were reported.

In an update issued Tuesday, March 17, the sheriff’s office said all three suspects had been identified. Arrest warrants have been issued, and the case has been forwarded to the Kitsap County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, according to officials.
