UPDATE: Kyson has been found and the AMBER alert was canceled, the Washington State Patrol announced around 4:15 p.m. Joshua Moen was still at large. No other details were given.

ORIGINAL: An AMBER Alert has been activated statewide after authorities said a 4-year-old boy was allegedly taken by his father during a supervised visit in Shelton on Wednesday afternoon.
Washington State Patrol said the alert was issued on behalf of the Shelton Police Department following the reported abduction of Kyson Moen.
According to investigators, Kyson was taken around 12:30 p.m. near the 600 block of West Park Street during a supervised visitation. Authorities identified the suspect as the boy’s father, 26-year-old Joshua Moen.
Kyson is described as a 4-year-old boy with brown hair who was last seen wearing a black Batman shirt.
Joshua Moen is described as 5-foot-8 and approximately 180 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. Authorities said he has a “northeast” tattoo and a tree tattoo on his left arm, along with “rock” tattooed across one hand and “roll” tattooed across the other knuckles.
Investigators said the pair may be traveling in a blue 2005 Honda Pilot with Washington license plate CDE7808.
Law enforcement is urging the public not to approach the suspect if seen.
