A four-month-old pug puppy with a built-in backstory and a whole lot of personality is ready to find his forever home in Western Washington.
Griffin, a recent arrival at Seattle-based Evergreen Pug Rescue, is already making an impression — not just for his playful energy, but for how his story began.
He was born into rescue after his mother arrived pregnant in the care of The Pug Queen, ensuring Griffin and his siblings had a safe start from day one, according to the Evergreen Pug Rescue.
Now four months old, Griffin is exactly what you’d expect from a young pug discovering the world for the first time. He’s social, happy, and thrives around other dogs, always eager to explore whatever is happening around him.
At this stage, Griffin is soaking everything in. Like any puppy, he’ll need continued guidance with training, routines, and basic manners, but he’s off to a strong start and ready to learn.
Rescue organizers say he’s at that sweet spot where curiosity meets cuddles — a combination that tends to win people over quickly.
Griffin will be adopted with a puppy addendum, and Evergreen Pug Rescue will cover the cost of his neuter at one of its approved clinics when he’s old enough.
“If you’re ready for a social, playful puppy who’s excited about life and ready to be part of it, Griffin is ready to meet you,” the rescue said.
