An 18-year-old Poulsbo man was arrested Tuesday after allegedly causing a hit-and-run crash in Silverdale, shouting slurs at another driver, and later kicking a deputy at a local hospital.

The incident happened near the intersection of Central Valley Road and Bucklin Hill Road in Silverdale, according to the Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office.
